Suspect a player has a concussion, removed from play or practice immediately!

Removed from play or practice

If you suspect a player has a concussion, they are to be removed from play or practice immediately.  Email the league at [email protected] the player’s name, date and location.

Written Clearance

If a player is suspected of having a concussion, they will not be allowed to return until the league receives written clearance from a licensed physician.  Please send written notification to [email protected].

What are the signs and symptoms of a concussion?

If you think that your child has sustained a concussion, you might see any or all of the following signs:

  • Appears dazed or confused
  • Is confused about assignment or position
  • Forgets sports plays
  • Is unsure of game, score, or opponent
  • Moves clumsily
  • Answers questions slowly
  • Loses consciousness (even briefly)
  • Shows behavior or personality change
  • Can't recall events prior to hit or fall
  • Can't recall events after hit or fall
